XScrow is a technology platform designed to facilitate property listing management, offer coordination, transaction tracking, NFT recordkeeping, utility token functionality, and real estate closing workflow management.

XScrow is not a licensed real estate broker, title company, escrow company, attorney, lender, financial advisor, insurer, or county recorder.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Platform.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and wallet access.
• Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts.

• Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of all property information submitted to the Platform.
• By submitting a listing, you represent that you have the authority to advertise or market the property.

XScrow provides tools to facilitate communication and transaction coordination between parties.

XScrow does not guarantee:

• Any property sale
• Offer acceptance
• Financing approval
• Title clearance
• Successful closing

All transactions remain subject to applicable contracts, legal requirements, inspections, title review, financing, and closing procedures.

NFTs issued through the Platform are digital records only.

NFT ownership does not constitute:

• Property ownership
• Title ownership
• Deed ownership
• Equity ownership
• Possession rights

Property ownership transfers only through legally executed documents and official recording processes.

SCRO is a platform utility token.

SCRO does not represent:

• Securities
• Equity
• Debt
• Ownership interests
• Profit-sharing rights
• Investment contracts

SCRO is intended solely for use within the XScrow ecosystem.

Users acknowledge that blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

Users assume all risks associated with:

• Wallet management
• Private keys
• Transaction errors
• Cryptocurrency volatility
• Network failures

XScrow is not liable for blockchain-related losses.

The Platform may involve third-party providers including:

• Title companies
• Escrow providers
• Real estate professionals
• Attorneys
• Inspectors
• Lenders

XScrow is not responsible for third-party actions or services.

Users may not:

• Submit fraudulent listings
• Misrepresent ownership
• Engage in illegal activity
• Submit false offers
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Manipulate platform systems
• Violate applicable laws

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

XSCROW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FH HOLDINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FH Holdings LLC, its members, managers, officers, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

FH Holdings LLC may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
